            Notice is hereby given pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 4464(a)(1), that the Guildhall Zoning Review Board (ZRB) shall hold a public hearing on October 8, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at Guild Hall, 13 Courthouse Drive, Guildhall, Vermont to consider a proposed subdivision and to otherwise hear any testimony or evidence as to whether the Property can be subdivided as set forth in Guildhall Zoning Bylaw, Table 205.05, Table 205.07, Section 207 and Section 208.

Participation at the hearing is required to preserve your rights as an applicant or interested party to participate in any appeal of a decision made by the ZRB on the above matter.  See 24 V.S.A. § 4471(a).  Comments and/or concerns may be communicated to the ZRB in person or through a representative at the hearing or submitted prior to the hearing in writing or by e-mail at [email protected].
