The purpose of the meeting is to review and act on a motion to make public the Town Attorney’s legal opinion regarding the requirement that Essex County must submit a zoning permit application for the Courthouse Connector Project.
A Zoning Permit application has been posted at the Town Office and can be inspected by the public at any time.
