Guildhall Voters:
You will be receiving a white postcard entitled Request for Early Absentee Voter Ballot.
These postcards were mailed out from the Secretary of State's election office. This is part of the encouragement to vote-by-mail, or hand deliver early to Town Hall, due to Covid-19 so as to avoid large numbers of people at the polls on election day.
If you have NOT already requested early/absentee ballots for August and/or November, and would like to vote early, fill out the postcard and mail it back. The State has generously covered the cost of the postage.
The Town would like to urge you to request an early/absentee ballot. The fewer people who come to the polls, the safer we will all be. You can also make a request by phone or email.
The early voter packet will contain
The postage paid envelope may also be returned by slipping it through the mail slot in the front door of the Town Hall, or delivered by hand on primary day, August 11, 2020.
If you have questions, please contact me at 802-67-3797 or [email protected].
Thank you,
George Blakeslee, Town Clerk
