Town Office closed to walk-ins

​As a precaution, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Guildhall Town Office is closed to the public for walk-in business effective immediately and until further notice. The Town Clerk will remain available to assist you by phone and email.

Town Office hours remain the same - Tuesday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Thursday from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm – but without walk-in service.

The following Town business can be done via mail (or request slipped in the front door slot): accounts payable bills, tax & water payments, dog licenses, copies of property tax bills, Lister cards, copies of tax map parcels, marriage licenses, copies of birth/death/marriage certificates, etc.  Please call or email for specific details and/or assistance.

Our office will assist Land records and historical document research remotely as best we can. No walk-in.  Please call or email for assistance.

We encourage everyone to follow CDC and Department of Health hand-washing and social distancing recommendations.

Thank you for understanding that these are unusual times, requiring precautions for public safety and health.
