The Guildhall Board of Selectmen will hold a special meeting on Monday, 4/2/12, at 10:30 a.m., at the Guild Hall, for the purpose of discussing the following two items: first, the contract with the Essex County Sheriff's Dept.; second, the Certification of Compliance for Town Road and Bridge Standards and the Annual Financial plan, both of which concern the town roads.
