NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
November 22, 2016 at the Guild Hall beginning at 6:00 PM.
Pursuant to 19 V.S.A. sec. 310(a), you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing on the matter of changing the snow plowing pattern for Morin Road will be held at the Guild Hall on November 22, 2016 at 6:00 PM.
The Town of Guildhall, out of concern for “safety considerations for the travelling public and municipal employees”, is proposing to change the snow plowing pattern for Morin Road, such that the road would be plowed only as far as the intersection with the Portland Pipeline Right of Way, where a safe turn around and parking area would be cleared.
Comments on the proposal may be provided in person, by representative, or by letter on or before November 22, 2016.
