NOTICE OF HEARING
Request for Variance by Allen Hodgdon Regarding Property
Located at 593 Route 102, Guildhall, VT
Notice is hereby given pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 4464(a)(1), that the Guildhall Development Review Board (DRB) shall hold a public hearing on November 29, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Guild Hall, 13 Courthouse Drive, Guildhall, to consider the request of Allen Hodgdon to grant a variance of the time limitations set forth in Guildhall Zoning Bylaw § 324.01D for the continuous use of a travel trailer currently located on the Property, as described below, for living purposes for up to one (1) year and to otherwise hear any testimony or evidence as to whether the Property can be considered for conditional use approval for business purposes as set forth in Guildhall Zoning Bylaw, Table 205.03 and Section 207.

Participation at the hearing is required to preserve your rights as an applicant or interested party to participate in any appeal of a decision made by the DRB on the above matter. See 24 V.S.A. § 4471(a). Comments and/or concerns may be communicated to the DRB in person or through a representative at the hearing or submitted prior to the hearing in writing or by e-mail at [email protected].
