Atlantic Tower, LLC (the "Applicant") has applied to the Town of Lancaster Planning Board for Site Plan Approval, to construct a Wireless Communications Facility including a 140-foot tall monopole style tower at 10 Mayberry Lane, Lancaster, NH, Tax Assessor Parcel R0l- 41. The Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at the proposed location to a height of 140 feet. Said Visibility Demonstration will be held WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12, 2024 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm NOON, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on June 12, 2024, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next weekday and each successive weekday until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration.
