Attention Registered Voters
The Secretary of State’s Office mailed a ballot to you on September 22, 2020.
You should be receiving it in the next day or so.
When you receive the mailing, it will contain:
To vote early (for safety during this pandemic, you are urged to do so):
1. Mark your ballot.
2. Put the ballot in the Certificate Envelope, fill out the information and SIGN IT.
(if you do not sign the Certificate Envelope your ballot will not count).
3. Return the signed Certificate Envelope to the Town Clerk in one of the following ways:
The signed Certificate Envelope tells me whose ballot is being returned and that information is recorded.
If you wish to confirm that your ballot has been received, call during office hours, or leave voice mail, or email.
The Certificate Envelopes are securely stored in the town vault until November 3rd when they will be brought out to the polls and the ballot placed in the ballot box by the poll workers.
Let me know if you do not receive a ballot by October 5th.

- a Return postage paid mailing envelope

- use the postage paid Return envelope and mail it
- come by the Town Office during office hours and hand it to me (Tue 9 – 3 or Thurs 12 – 6).
- Come by the Town Office at other times and slip it through the mail slot in front door.
- (not recommended due to pandemic) – bring it to the polls between 10 am – 7 pm November 3rd.
