The Guildhall Planning Commission will meet on Sunday, May 19th, at 8 a.m., at the Guild Hall, to conduct the following business: first, to review a permit for modifications to the Justice Center; second, to approve revisions to the Town Plan and to the Zoning Bylaws and to schedule hearings on them.

A Zoning Permit has been posted at the Guild Hall and can be inspected by the public at any time. The permit is for improvements to the ramp on the Essex County Courthouse (Parcel ID# 004-0085).

The Guildhall School Board will meet on Wed., April 24, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at Guildhall Elementary School, for a special meeting. The agenda includes the following items: 1) call to order; 2) Executive session to discuss an ongoing civil action; 3) post-executive session action if needed; 4) citizens and staff to be heard 5) adjournment.
The Town Office will also be closed on Tuesday, 4/23/2013. To make up these hours, it will be open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, 4/24/2013.
George and Carolyn Blakeslee’s puppy (a white miniature poodle) was lost near their home (Rt. 102, just south of Guildhall Village) on Wed., 4.17.2013. The puppy, a female, is named Buffy. She has a shaved belly (due to a recent spay operation). She slipped out of her collar, but she does have an identifying microchip.
