2025 Summer Activity Itinerary

June 18, 2025, 6:00-8:00 PM,
Come on over to the Guildhall Public Library on Wednesday, June 18th at 6 p.m. for
Community Night. A great chance to visit with friends and neighbors and tour the great library
in the historic town of Guildhall, Vt. The building is also home to Benton Lodge F&AM #88
Masonic Hall. So much history!! While you visit and browse you can listen to some musicians
playing including: Joyce Ball, Tom Bishop, Terry Churchill, Lyndall Demers, JoAnne Gilman,
Gary Hadlock, John Lovell Sr., Kathy Lovell, Scott Lovell.

July 16, 2025 @ 7:00 PM,
Lynn and Dennis Rossignol, owners of The Stone Rappers and charter members of the
Presidential Gem and Mineral Society will be presenting a "Rock Talk" at the Guildhall
Library from 7-8 p.m. on Wednesday July 16th.
The presentation will cover how rocks are formed, the three major rock groups and
minerals they are compiled of, with specimens available for viewing, as well as how to
learn more about rocks, the hobby of rockhounding, local mines, and the benefits of
joining a club.
All are welcome at this free event which is appropriate for all ages. Children should be
accompanied by an adult. Folks are welcome to bring a specimen for possible
identification.
